SvgCAD

Terms

Plain terms for a product that is still by invitation. Last updated 18 August 2026.

What this is. SvgCAD is offered by invitation while it is being built. Access may be granted, changed or withdrawn, and features may change — including features described on this site.

Your work is yours. You keep every right in the drawings, models and data you make with SvgCAD. We store them to provide the service. We do not claim ownership, we do not use them to train models, and we do not show them to anyone you have not granted access to.

Our work is ours. The software, its interface and its documentation remain ours. You may use them to do your work; you may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer them.

Engineering judgement stays with you. SvgCAD computes geometry, quantities and forces, and it publishes what it checked and what it did not. It is a tool used by a competent person, not a substitute for one, and nothing it produces is a certification or an approval. Verify anything you are going to build.

Availability. We will not promise an uptime figure we have not measured. Where a connection or a server is unavailable, the parts of SvgCAD that run in your browser keep working, and the parts that do not say so plainly.

Payment. Nothing is charged today. When pricing exists it will be published here first, and no account will be charged without being told the price and agreeing to it.

Ending it. You may stop at any time and take your data with you. If we have to end your access we will tell you why and give you time to export.
