Privacy

Short, because we collect little. Last updated 18 August 2026.

This website. The site sets no cookies and carries no third-party scripts other than two: Cloudflare Turnstile on the invitation form, which checks that a submission is not automated, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify or track you across sites. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The invitation form. When you request an invitation we store what you type — your name, email address, company, the role you are asking for and your message — together with the IP address the request came from and the time it arrived. We store the IP address to rate-limit abuse of the form and for no other purpose. We use your email address to reply to you about the invitation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, share or transfer any of it.

How long. A request that becomes an account is kept while the account exists. A request that is declined, or that we do not act on, is deleted within twelve months. IP addresses attached to form submissions are deleted within 90 days.

Your account, when there is one. An account holds your name, email address, a hashed password, your company and role, and a record of sign-ins and administrative actions for security. Your drawings are yours: we store them so you can open them, and we do not use them to train anything.

Getting it out, and getting rid of it. You can export everything we hold about you and you can have your account and its contents deleted. Ask, and we will do it.

Where it lives. On Cloudflare’s network. Transport is encrypted; data at rest is encrypted by Cloudflare.
